It cooks almost everything I like, perfectly! On the default settings! And, if you want to modify the settings, it allows you to set temps and times just how you like (love)! CR recommended it (I rarely ever heard of them before) and they hit the nail on the head! I've even bought a couple to give to the kids! It's hands down, the best toaster oven I've ever used! Electric panel messed up. I called Customer Service and they arranged to have a new one sent out which arrived in a matter of days!

Thought this was a good brand, but was wrong. Very tinny appliance. Do not mean tiny, mean tinny. Cheap aluminum. Thermostat not accurate after three mos. This is the bigger and more expensive model also. Very disappointing.I'll go back to my old brand name.Staying away from this brand! Would not recommend to my enemy much less a friend.

Question of durability
I have now owned 2 of these units. Neither was subjected to heavy use and like all our kitchen tools was taken care of. The first units LED display malfunctioned and I will say that after a long but polite conversation with Breville customer service they did replace the unit. Now fast forward about 2-3 years ---- the unit just died. I normally keep the oven unplugged when not in use, went to plug and I thought at first the power was out but no such luck. <br />Breville said that for $119 they will fix or replace the unit with a Re-manufactured unit. They will also cover shipping. Although tempting, at this writing I don't believe I will do that but instead buy another brand. I have to say that this oven gets very good reviews on a number of sites/forums but I am not happy with the quality. For this price this unit should last far longer than it has, especially as this was not subject to heavy use at all. Based on my experience I think I will be wasting my money. If you purchase I hope you have better luck than I.
