Mostly use product for toasting bread. Sometimes toast nuts, and grilled cheese sandwiches. <br />Looks nice in the kitchen. The toasting function works well and consistently.<br />The timer stopped working properly after 1 year. It would stop halfway through its timing (e.g. 3 minutes). Once you realized something was wrong, you had a black piece of toast. Used external timer. <br />Ironically 9 months later, the timer has started working properly again, 90% of the time.

The timer quit working and I have to plug and unplug the unit to use it. I cannot find someone to repair the timer. I had the unit approx 1 year before the timer broke

Only used by my wife and myself for toasting. The toast controls were imprecise. In less than 6 months the heating element stopped working. stay away from this company's products.
