Has the features I wanted. Especially an easy Toast choice that didn't include a dial that forces you to guess about how long to toast. This one has a toast button with color control. BUT - when I decide I would like a piece of toast it seems to take forever. I put 2 pieces of bread in and hit TOAST with Med+ darkness setting. Then I set a kitchen timer to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes there was still at least a minute or two before the toast was done (nice golden color - not too dark). The result is good, but this seems like way too long. If I had known I would have gone for a pricier unit (Breville type).

I used this toaster oven for about 6 months. It got light use in a one-person home for this time. While baking one day it shut off on its own and would never turn back on. It died. Although I was able to exchange for a new one at the store, I am moving on to another brand now after receiving two of these that looked damaged upon taking them out of the box with dented panels and side panels that are not flush with the top of the unit, thus creating gaps and missing screws. I am not willing to take another chance on this product after having three damaged/defective units. I will say that I used it mainly for reheating, toasting, and baking and it performed as expected with these tasks until it quit unexpectedly.

Haven't used as a broiler but it does everything else very well. Baked two loaves of pumpkin and banana bread perfectly -- two loaves at a time. You can use the built-in oven thermometer or not; I never felt the need. CU says the convection fan isn't needed or helpful in an oven this size. I never use it and the oven works great without it. Great as toaster or oven. The crumb tray is the only shortcoming. It is a little too small and let's some crumbs get onto toaster bottom. For that reason I agree with CU that the oven only rates good for cleaning. Preheats much faster and bakes as well as my range oven AND doesn't heat up the kitchen. Major energy saver.
