Ease of use:
Reflects how easy the controls are to set and how clear they are.

Comment:
An excellent oven when it worked. Flash lighting is different and hard to get use to. To have bulb repaired, must ship from upstate NY to Virginia, at owners expense. No mention of owner responsibility for one way shipping expense in warranty. Would not buy another Panasonic item.

This is my second Panasonic infrared oven. My first lasted 7 years and was still going when we decided to get a new one about 6 months ago when Panasonic started making them again.

We use it for toast, frozen pizza, frozen breakfasts and pretty much anything you would make in a small toaster oven. What's different about this is the speed and even heating. It toasts in less than half the time of a conventional toaster oven.

More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

It worked very well in beginning. Heated evenly and quickly. It has an odd button process in which the on button needs to be pushed first and when cooking have to remember to push the button off. Biggest problem is that after a month one of the heating elements stopped working. Since I purchased it from Panasonic.com when I contacted them they said I had to pay to have it shipped hundreds of miles away to be repaired. Although I live outside New York City the closest repair site is in Virginia, the other site mentioned is in Texas
I will not buy an appliance online again. And not a Panasonic
