Have owned it now almost a year. So far no issues. Love using it to warm food in and rarely use our regular oven anymore. As far as a toaster, it does take 4 minutes to toast on a light setting. Sometimes uneven, yet acceptable. As an oven to warm/cook things in we love it. Works great when cooking frozen foods and also for frozen pizza. Also good for baking in, especially with the convection feature. It does get very hot on top and on the sides so need to keep things off the top and away from the sides when it is in use. We unplug it when not in use, and don't like to use it without someone in the kitchen, yet believe all of these toaster ovens are like this. As far as reliability, time will tell. We are a family of four by the way.

Our old toaster oven finally wore out after many years of service. We purchased this unit, which is a little larger than our old one because our children have moved out and we cook small meals. A good toaster oven would be more efficient than using our regular oven.

It was a bit cumbersome changing settings - to change some settings, one must push a button and turn a dial at the same time. When toasting, one side of the bread is browned, and the other isn't browned at all. The bottom filament (heater) never did get as bright as the top ones did (malfunction?). Also, when baking, sometimes it overcooked and sometimes it undercooked - the same product, same temperature, same amount of time. It was very inconsistent.

After 30 days of trying to use it effectively, we decided to return the toaster oven and look for something better.

We owned this for seven to eight months and it quit working. The dials no longer respond. Apparently this is a VERY common problem with this model and Frigidaire refuses to honor the quality of its product by refusing to fix or replace.
My kitchen remodel, planned for next spring, will not have ANY Frigidaire products.
