Too Bad There's No Rating for Longevity!
This machine did only a so-so job on the carpet and was very lound in doing it. Water was left behind, not only in the carpet area cleaned, but in a trail behind the machine whenever it was moved.

Within 2 years, the bristles stopped turning. A lengthy search for solutions ended with a $200 estimate for repair. I almost welcomed its premature demise and the terrible customner service which clinched its replacement... with a different brand.
