Piece of JUNK!

the whole dryer

I bought this dryer and right from the start it took FOREVER to dry even a small load of laundry...no matter what setting I put it on. Thought maybe it was the vent..re did all that, still wouldnt dry. 19 days into my brand new dryer it started making a very loud thumping noise (almost like it had shoes in it.) I called the place I bought it and they referred me to a warranty place. They came out the next day and told me all the rollers need to be replaced? The repairman told me rollers (no matter what dryer you have) rarely go out on an old machine, let alone something this new. I knew I bought a lemon! I called Nebraska Furniture Mart (the place I purchased it.) and they took it back and allowed me to purchase an new dryer (different brand)...they were great about it! So in a nutshell this is a piece of junk...stay away!
