moisture sensor doesn't dry clothes

Pros
Cons
Leaves Clothes Damp

Comment:
I bought this because Consumer Reports rated it a Best Buy. Also Consumer Reports said the moisture sensor was a good feature to look for. My 20 year old Maytag worked better. If you use the moisture sensor feature and put it at very dry, the clothes still come out damp. The only way to dry clothes is to use the time setting. A waste of money.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
