Worse than not washing

Truly the worst dishwasher detergent I've ever used. It left a white deposit over everything in the machine. This has been noted by other reviewers and I had the same problem. It really casts doubt on the Consumer Reports testing methods when multiple people have the same problem and no mention of it is in the ratings.

I switched back to Finish All-In-One gelpacks and the dishes came out fine with no awful white film.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this to anyone, and at this point I'd not recommend Consumer Reports to anyone either.

Horrific coating with hard water

Cons
Makes a mess

Comment:
Worst thing if you have hard water...no warnings on container that it will leave a white film that you can't scrub off. Apparently if you do a special treatment with vinegar rinses, etc. a few times it can be removed. Better they should advise it's not for hard water clients. Really nervewracking to see your silverware turn white, your glasses grey. Company experts needed to spend more research & dev time on this one.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
