Comment:
I loved this iron for two months, but now I'm sorry I purchased it. It quit working after only using it for two months and a total of 5 or 6 times. I'm very disappointed with customer support from Panasonic.

I think Consumer Reports has recently added a Rowena as their #1 choice. I wish I'd waited a couple of months as I would have purchased that one instead. As it is, I think I've thrown away my money

Comment:
Liked everything except cord design. The part that lifts the cord isn't long enough and cord drags on clothes and catches on iron wings.....very annoying.

Comment:
Sewing tailor made garments or creating masterpiece quilts is my passion. To create the best quilt or garment, pressing all seams is mandatory. I LOVE my Panasonic NI-W950A because the design is perfect for light (quick) pressing or heavy ironing demands.

More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
