I purchased this iron in July 2012 from Costco based on the positive rating in CR and other reviews. It was expensive but I need a good quality iron that will work hard. I was impressed with the performance for all kinds of ironing as well as for use on sewing projects. Everything was great until it just stopped working after 13 months - one month past the end of the warranty. Costco was great at standing behind the product. Because I liked it so much I am going to but another one and hope that the one I got was a dud.

Poor support from Panasonic
Hard To See Water Level
Lack Of Customer Support
I loved this iron for two months, but now I'm sorry I purchased it. It quit working after only using it for two months and a total of 5 or 6 times. I'm very disappointed with customer support from Panasonic.

I think Consumer Reports has recently added a Rowena as their #1 choice. I wish I'd waited a couple of months as I would have purchased that one instead. As it is, I think I've thrown away my money

Cord design is annoying
Liked Everything But Cord
Cord Ext Is Too Short
Liked everything except cord design. The part that lifts the cord isn't long enough and cord drags on clothes and catches on iron wings.....very annoying.
