Absolutely the best iron I have every used. Unfortunately needs to be replaced about every two years, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Since only my husband and I use the iron, the lifetime might be even shorter for a family. However, the warranty for free replacement is three years. Just cut and return the cord. Would consider another as I am tired of this process, but cannot find another at same high quality.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
