Totally stopped heating after about 3 months and has a high-pitched scream that comes from it if I try to turn it on.

Love the weight of it. Irons to perfection. The design for going around buttons is fabulous. The heating plate is easy to clean. The heavier steam option is very nice for linen and heavy cotton. Irons jeans in a snap. Love it!
