Comment:
I bought one of these years ago and it worked well for a couple of years and finally wore out. I loved the iron enough to by another, returned for repair and still didn't work. Since I loved the first iron so much I thought I would try again with a third iron and that has not gone well. I'm not wasting any more time and money in this brand of iron, no steam, leaks, and makes loud noises and T-Fel dosent seam to care.

Comment:
This iron is used for general ironing when clothing, pillow covers, or bed linens need a touch up. It has an excellent stand and does not fall over easily. The steam function is good but doesn't have a cleaning function. But it has an overall drawback that means I have to replace it -- it does not get hot enough. Getting smoothness in a garment and wrinkles out of pillow covers is time consuming and takes some muscle. Annoying when your tools work against you instead of with you.
