Short life expectancy for my shark!
Easy To Wash Mop Heads
Warms up quickly
Only for smooth surfaces
Best Uses
Small spaces
We used the Shark 4-6 times per year. Our kitchen has a high-quality plastic tile with a granite-like surface texture. One of our baths has linoleum with some texture, too. Both of these are very hard for the Shark to thoroughly clean. (Our other bath with a very smooth marble-like tile is no challenge for the Shark.) But I had to laugh at the review from the user claiming to use the Shark six times a week. We purchased the Shark about five years ago, so we didn't use it more than about 30 times when it suddenly died today! I hope to replace the Shark with something more effective on textured hard surfaces.

Very Disappointed
Cleans GREAT
Breaks easily
Best Uses
I bought one Shark Mop and loved it, but it stopped steaming after I had it for a little over a year. I thought I had done something wrong so I purchased another one and had the same exact thing happen, except this time it gave off a loud - pop - and never worked again. When I called Shark Mop, they offered to replace it for half of the purchase price, plus tax and shipping - which brought it up to almost the full price I paid in the store. No thank you! I am not purchasing a third one for the exact same thing to happen. VERY frustrating to pay over $100 for a mop and it to break so easily!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible.
Can't think of any
Arm Bends When Cleaning
Bottom Plastic Poor Mater
Cheap plastic
Finger Pinched Handling
Poor Handling At Corners
Very poorly made
Best Uses
Don't use it
It's terrible in corners. The arm will bend when you push it a bit harder while cleaning. It pinched my finger where arm bends when I was handling it. It's cumbersome: you will have to place it on the floor while refilling it with water, otherwise you can't comfortably add water.<br />Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this product.
