I used this product once a week to steam mop all of my floors. After about a year and two weeks the thing stopped working. Since it was after a year, nothing they could do. It worked great up until then, but I can't give this any more than 2 stars if you have to replace it yearly.

Worked great the first two months. Now it won't make steam. there is no troubleshooting for that other than use distilled water. I do and it sill won't make steam. :-(

Bought 1 last year, after several uses it dies----so thought it was my fault. Purchased another. After 5 uses it also dies. Gets hot but wont produce steam!!
