Steams up very fast.It does a good job of getting dirt up, but when you first start using it, it's a little hard to push. Gets better as the pad gets wet. leaves a little more water on the floor than I like. Wish the pad would come up the sides a bit higher. Would help prevent the pad coming off now and then if the pull ties get a little lose. It's easy to get under low furniture and under the base boards of the cupboards. It's ok, but there are better options out there.

the pad gets too wet and takes too long to dry
A floor cleaning company recommended this, I used it on real hardwood floors it streaked, took to long to dry & looked horrible it may work on laminate but worthless on real wood floors.

EASY TO USE. SHORT WARM-UP TIME.
Weakness
A/C CORD COULD BE LONGER.
OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS SATISFACTORY. WORKS BEST ON A PRE WAXED FLOOR. THE STEAM MOP WILL NOT GET OUT GROUND IN DIRT & STAINS. IT DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO AS LONG AS YOU DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH!

Easy to put together. Easy to use. Great job cleaning floors!
Weakness
I don't see any weakness to this product.
I use a Swiffer cleaner on my floors but was worried that my floors were not getting clean. I bought the Steamboy Steam Mop and went over the kitchen (hardwood) floor right after using the Swiffer on the floor. The Steamboy Steam Mop picked up dirt that the Swiffer did not. The hardwood floor was clean and shiny!
