In almost 50 years I have owned nothing but an Electrolux vacuum. This is my fourth purchase and my daughter borrowed my former sweeper and called to ask me how old it was. When I told her it was almost 15 years old, she told me it had better suction than her brand new one, which had already broken down. Anyone who has ever borrowed my sweeper raves about it. It is well worth the extra money.

have 2 dogs and 2 cats and the vacuum has worked well so far (bought it mid August it is now end of Sept.)<br /><br />Only con is I bought the vac from Kohls, online, it came with 2 bags but now I cannot find the bags--Kolhs doesn't sell them--go figure. Found bags oon electrolux site but expensive especially with shipping & handling fee.
