What a waste of money! The floor/carpet attachment is impossible to use. It fails to pick up anything but dust, like crumbs or clumps of dirt. Very disappointing purchase.

Comment:
I've used this product for over a year. I find that the floor brush is not designed very well to allow the stuff on the floor to get past the bristles. I am constantly having to remove and vacuum the brush to remove cat hair. Even without the cat hair trapped in the bristles stuff on the floor will not all pass the bristles and I have to continually lift the brush a bit to allow the vacuum to suck it up. I love the power brushes especially the little one for furniture. Picks up all cat hair quickly. The canister is very easy to empty, but not so easy to get back on the vacuum. Sometimes is goes on real easy and one click it is done. Other times it takes several minutes of jiggling and removing and setting it back on before it will click in. Annoying as is constantly having to lift the brush. Brush is great along the side of it to vacuum along walls, but pushes stuff ahead of it because the bristles don't allow it to pass. I would recommend it to a friend, but I would tell them about the issues I have with it. Make a different floor brush Dyson!! Make it easier to put the canister back on. If you did that this vacuum would be totally awesome. Right now it is just good.
