Comment:
Use to clean carpeted stairs and furniture, in particular cat fur. Between the power brush and the crevice tool attachment, it works fantastic to remove all dirt and grit, even in tight corners. Amazing how much and easily it pulls up the fur and dirt. Great investment.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
It's a powerful little workhorse. I've had mine for at least 10 years, and use it for cleaning upholstery and spot cleaning of the carpeting/floor. I have two longhaired Maine Coon cats who shed lots of fur - this little gem removes fur, dust and practically any other debris quickly and effectively. It's a bit noisy but it gets the job done so quickly, it's not really an issue. In all the years I've owned it, it has never needed any repairs or belts other than the the power cord about 4 years ago which I repaired myself. I clean the dust filter by removing the fur and dust from it every month or so.

It Has Its Limitations

Comment:
First the positive: great suction. That's not enough for me to keep this VERY HEAVY & awkward vacuum, though. The other complaint is that the hose, even when extended, is very short. Additionally, the only attachment available for this model is a crevice tool. No parts to extend the hose length or coupling device to attach parts and worst of all--no brush attachment! Who designed this thing? In summary, it's very limited it what you can do with it & very heavy.
How long have you owned it:

Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
