About - Eureka Whirlwind+ Pet Lover 3276[ ]
As its name indicates, this bagless upright is designed to appeal to dog and cat owners. It features HEPA filtration, which provide the highest level of filtration in vacuum cleaners, and may benefit people with allergies or asthma. There is manual height adjustment, so you can raise and lower the machine to match a carpet's height for more thorough cleaning and easier movement. This model weighs 20 pounds and has a 30-foot,manual-wind cord. It does not have full-bin indicator, so you will need to check the dustbin periodically to see whether it needs emptying. Nor does it feature a switch to turn off the rotating brush for bare floors, where the brush tends to scatter dirt and debris before the machine can suck it up.

Comment:
You cannot open the cannister to get the dirt out of the vacuum unless you pry it open with a crow bar. All the long tubes to pick up pet hair are pretty difficult to use.
