Pros
Direct Drive
Solid Build
Cons
Weak Suction
Best Uses
Comment:
We bought this as a replacement to an older kenmore that worked great, after one year the suction is so weak it won't pick anything up. Will not buy another kenmore as it should last longer, warranty is only one year.

The unit feels solid and has lots of nice features like direct drive, led lights, bagels, etc. it just does not work.

Cons

Wand Design Is Worst
Best Uses

Comment:
This vaccum cleaner has powerful suction and is very good for carpet. But the poor angular design of wand handle makes this vaccum cleaner useless when it comes to cleaning anything other than floor cleaning. To extend the wand cord is also difficult becuase the suction effect pulls the wand cord back. Overall extremely poor design.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
I was hoping that this vac was like my old Kenmore Progressive. This Intuition vac is heavier than my old Progressive, making hard to maneuver. It does not come with a hard floor attachment, and the attachments it does come with do not lock into the wand, causing them them to repeatedly fall off. The flexible hose on the wand does not stretch very easily either. This vac is better suited for carpeted floors. It is easy to empty, and clean out, like my old Progressive, I use an air compressor to blow out and clean the dust container and filters. I also really miss the dirt sensor the Progressive had, as we have 2 dogs and it is hard to see the dog hair on the carpet.
