Do not recommend. Problems started within 1st week. Use 3 x a week for stairs and 3 large rooms. Bought 3 so had one each floor so not overuse any one. Each NOT used more than at a home. Called when belts broke and they said they knew about problem. Did send me replacements-2 for each free. Maybe light uses but not holding up on regular use.

Comment:
Would only recommend this vacuum for use in a small apartment in the city with no dirt, kids or pets. We have only had it for a month and are on the third belt. Do NOT run vacuum anywhere you cannot see and avoid socks, shoestrings or any other item that could wrap around the roller - the belt will immediately break. The store where we bought vacuum does not carry belts or filters so we have to order online. Machine was inexpensive but because the filters and belts must be replaced so frequently, it really isn't a best buy. I am also disappointed by the amount of dust that leaks out. We've tried to extend th life of the filters by tapping them outside to knock the dust off - very messy. Definitely not for heavy use. Gave one star because it does have strong suction but would not buy again.

Comment:
I like so much about this vacuum but there is a major design flaw, the spin brushes never/cannot turn off. This presents a real problem on hard floors, the brushes just kick the debris around instead of suctioning it up. I got this for Christmas and put it right to use cleaning up glass from an ornament that broke. I picked up the big peices by hand and proceded to vacuum the tiny glass bits, this vacuum scattered glass bits all over my living room! Its next failure came when I tried to vacuum up the needles from the tree, it just kicked them all over, I could run over the same spots MANY, MANY times and the needles just get blown all over the place, but not sucked up.

I have since returned this to the store, after calling the Eureka help line just to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong.
