Comment:
I inheirited by boyfriends vacuum when I moved in with him. It was a Hoover canister vac that, in my opinion didn't have good suction. I hated vacuuming and did it with disdain and frustration. I finally bought this little Shark upright and what a difference! We live in a small place and this vac manuevers extremely well into small spaces and under furniture. We have two cats and one dog and this vacuum does not even blink...it sucks that fur right up - no problem. I vacuum at least 3x as much as I used to just because it's so easy! It's actually a pleasure to vacuum now!

I currently have a Shark Vaccum. It is a good machine. However the company is a total joke. I have spent the most of today 11/19/2014 trying to purchase a NEW Shark online through their direct ordering account. I have gotten nothing but a run-a-round. Online ordering page does not work and when I try to talk to someone I am given a run-a-round as well. Told I would need to talk to a supervisor but I get the answer .... (like no supervisors here right now). With service like this I do not know If I want to puchase a $300 Shark.

Comment:
The Hose is pure JUNK, tore at once, had half roll duct tape on it. Finally replaced, Hard to do, requiring MORE Duct tape. NO excuse for this poor quality hose. except for the hose would of rated it 5 stars.
