Washing performance: This reflects the degree of color change to swatches of fabric that were included in an 8-pound and maximum capacity test load of mixed cotton items using the machines' most aggressive normal cycle. (We do not use special cycle or option buttons.) Energy efficiency: This score is based on the energy needed to heat the water for 8-pound and maximum loads using a warm wash and cold rinse. Great machine, very good performance, lots of settings, my only concern is that some cycles are very long. Bought the matching dryer too and it works great too.

This is our first front load washer. We're very impressed so far. The build quality is excellent. The washer is very quiet and cleans well. We really like the Allergiene™ cycle.

Clothes come out nice and white and smell good. I've used the the steam/allergy setting several times now and it does a great job. It's kind of fun to use with the lights and the little musical thing when it's done. I also like that it tells you how many minutes left till it's done.
