About - Samsung WF350AN[W] (Lowe's)

The Samsung WF350AN[W] (Lowe's) is a front-loading washing machine available from Samsung. The WF350AN[W] (Lowe's) typically costs $1000 .

Consumer Reports recommends that you match the features on a model to the needs you have. Here's our take on some of the specifications and features that are commonly available on front-loading washing machine models like the WF350AN[W] (Lowe's).

Energy star:
The federal Energy Star program, administered by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy, identifies a wide range of home appliances that use 10-50% less energy and water than standard models. These appliances can help you use less energy at home and save money on your utility bills.

Stainless-steel tub:
Tubs constructed of stainless steel are likely to be more durable than plastic or porcelain, and they allow for higher spin speeds. Plastic is the next most durable choice.

Auto temp. control:
This feature automatically mixes hot and cold water to reach the chosen wash temperature (which differs on various makes of washers). It's a good way to compensate for normal variations in tap-water temperature and prevents problems caused by water that's too cold, which keeps detergent from working properly.

Tested Model
The Ratings of Samsung WF330AN[W] were applied to untested model Samsung WF350AN[W] (Lowe's), which in our judgment is enough alike in its performance, features, and specs that our test results apply to both.

Heavy duty reads 1:44 when it starts but goes for almost 2 h 15 mins before done

Normal says 52 mins but is more like 1:25 mins.

Wool says an hour but is way longer.

After all that washing, you'd think it would be perfectly clean--not. You still have to pretreat, hand-scrub stains, etc...

There's no way to just spin clothes if they are still wet.

Some of the cycles don't allow you to change the settings.

There is no time adjustment so can't even reduce the length of the load.

Samsung should offer to replace these power guzzling machines. May be using less water but surely uses way more electricity. UGH!

the washer starts out with 58 mins on normal wash. It's good until it gets to the spin cycle. It says it has 7 mins left. It sets on 7 mins for 10 mins then jumps up to 14 mins left. It should not take 1 hour 50 mins to do one load of wash. I had a guy here to look at it he said nothing is wrong. He called me to tell me to change soaps...i was using tide pods for(HE washers)that should't matter.
