Comment:
have owned washer just over 6 months when it showed wash was out of balance ,did everything to balance it out but nothing worked. had to wring clothes out by hand to put in dryer yet they were soaked. they had to replace motor after I waited a month. worked great for 30 days. then started same thing all over again. same tech came out a very nice young man who said now the part that balance the tub is not working. hope this works. third time it's a lemon. my last washer lasted 10 yrs without one service call. c.s.

Comment:
I have the exact complaint as the person who wrote that you cannot get hot water on the normal cycle...i was told by samsung that is how the machine works...which is absurd. you can get hot water on the towel cycle. another problem is the warm water setting gives you cold water!

not happy with this machine.

Comment:
We're what I call a high maintenance family with 4 dogs, home restoration projects, my husband is a mechanic, the list goes on. We bought a large capacity washer to cut down on the number of loads of laundry as we generate lots of laundry. I can wash the dogs bedding three times and it still isn't clean. Because the water level is determined by the weight, most often there's not enough water to cover the laundry. I've tried different settings, adding additional water manually, and am totally unsatisfied with the lack of cleanliness at the end of a cycle. While the lack of performance is most noticeable on large or heavily soiled loads, I've done delicate loads and had items come out that were never touched by a drop of water. While the machine performs the way it was intended, the results are totally unsatisfactory.
