Upon purchasing this camera I thought it was good for the money however, was I ever wrong!! Be prepared that if the phone rings the camera cuts out and there is huge interference. I thought I could deal with this but then the night vision stopped working. I was politely dealt with in that the camera would be replaced and all I would have to pay for was shipping - $11.95. Now that that employee is no longer there it is a different story. I have been given nothing but the run around. First it would be $55.00 to replace, $35.00 service fee and the shipping. Upon SEVERAL emails back and forth I have to now just pay the shipping which in turn has now changed because of the circumstances. Basically there are going to charge me extra shipping to cover some of their costs. I am just waiting to get that email back to see and then I am calling them directly. So I would NEVER buy another product from this company. Prior to sending it for repairs, I bought a camera by Motorola and it is awesome.

Setting up pretty easy. Suggest that you check other wireless devices for interference. Battery life is really bad, only works for +-2hrs on batteries. Suggest that you use power cord all the time. Cannot find spare power cords for purchase so need to bring monitor and cord to all rooms. So far it works. Time will tell.
