Its quite frustrating when you buy a carseat that should work rear-facing but it doesn't. We tried fitting this in both our Hyundai Santa Fe and a smaller sedan- both with no luck. It would require my tall husband to drive at all times if we are together but only if this was shoved behind the passenger seat. Even then, I'm 5'4 and my knees would have to bang the front dash. Also, my husband constantly drives around HS kids and coworkers and this would become implausible. <br /><br />Also, its very lightweight (almost too much so) and the install level is just a line on a sticker that was creased when applied to the seat, thus making it unclear exactly what level it really is supposed to be. <br /><br />On the upside- its a great looking unit and appears to be easy to clean up.

We just got in a Side Impact car accident going 70 mph on the freeway and my son who is 3 years old had little to no injury thanks to the head protection on this seat. I am buying this seat for both cars and grandparents cars when they transport him.
