Comment:
We bought this car seat because we loved the design and color options, as well as it receiving a favorable review. Our car does not have latch and the install with the seatbelt was HORRIBLE. The seat shifted all over the place - pulled forward a lot - and yes we had it installed correctly with the locking clip. Also, the slot where the seatbelt goes through is angled flatter than other car seats which allows the belt to kink up. The first time we installed it the locking clip came off one side of the seatbelt! When we put our old Graco car seat in the same seat position in the car - installed the exact same way it doesn't even move. I think this seat would work fine with latch or maybe even as a booster, but definitely not for use as a toddler booster using the harness in a car without LATCH.

We bought this seat when our first son turned 1. He hated riding rear-facing so we decided to go ahead and turn him around. He loves this seat. I love this seat. I like that it reclines. I like that the straps are adjustable from the front. The shoulder height is adjustable in the back, but it is very easy. The first time I needed to wash the cover, I had some trouble getting it off because you have to take the seat off the base to remove the cover. But once I figured that out (without instructions), it was easy to remove. I wash the seat covers regularly and don't have any trouble now. The only other con I can think of is that I couldn't fit three of these across the back seat of my husband's '98 Honda Civic. Maybe I'm asking too much, though. You can't beat it for the price! We bought the exact same seat for out second son. Overall, a very good car seat!

Comment:
I LOVE this car seat. It is easy to use, latch, teather, clean, adjust and everything. This seat goes by so many names and has been around for a very long time, each time scoring very high in crash testing. Each year they improve the look and ease in use. My family has owned some form of this car seat for more than 8 years. Highly recommend this seat. The only place I have an issue is using the teather in my husbands extended cab truck, so we use the seatbelt instead. This seat travels well!
