2014 Kia Forte Pricing

Kia Forte Model Summary

Kia's Forte provides more interior room and an assortment of amenities not normally found in the class. Our tested base LX sedan got 28 mpg overall with the 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine and six-speed automatic. It has a smooth powertrain and a relatively quiet cabin. Handling is secure, the ride is compliant but tends to be a bit floaty at high speeds. EX models are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The hatchback and coupe get a 1.6-liter turbo. The new Forte is available with a host of electronic features and creature comforts not normally found in the class, including front and rear heated and ventilated seats and a heated steering wheel. Reliability of the redesign is still unknown.
