2016 Cadillac ELR Pricing

Cadillac ELR Model Summary

The sleekly raked ELR is Cadillac's version of the outgoing Chevrolet Volt. Like the Volt, the ELR's plug-in electric/gasoline powertrain allows it to run on electricity alone for about 40 miles before starting the 1.4-liter, four-cylinder gas engine. The warm, luxurious interior is cavelike with little visibility. And where the Volt's backseat is snug, the ELR's seems mainly for decoration. The CUE infotainment system is distracting and frustrating to use. Advanced safety systems including forward-collision, blind-spot, and cross-traffic alerts, are available. For 2016, ELRs get more power, a tauter suspension, and a much-needed $10,000 price cut.
