2016 Scion FR-S Pricing

Scion FR-S Model Summary

Jointly developed with Subaru, the rear-wheel-drive FR-S features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder, teamed with a choice of a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Its low curb weight and optimal weight distribution give it precise handling and confident balance at its limits. In corners, the car turns in promptly, with almost no body lean. The steering is well-weighted, and the ride is slightly more compliant than its Subaru BRZ sibling. Inside, the cabin is relatively plain, with well-bolstered sport seats, but the stiff ride and elevated noise can be taxing. The vestigial rear seats are best left for cargo. 2016 brought a standard audio system with a 7-inch touch-screen display. The Scion brand has been discontinued for 2017 model year. The FR-S is renamed as the Toyota 86.
