Acura RDX

Acura RDX
Tested version: 4-cyl (shown)
CR Model Summary
The RDX, based on the Honda CR-V, uses Honda's first turbocharged, four-cylinder engine. It provides strong acceleration but lacks refinement and doesn't bring any fuel-economy advantage. Handling is agile and secure, but the ride is very stiff. Road noise is pronounced. The interior has excellent fit and finish and a large, useful center storage bin. Some controls could be better designed, and the interior features a lot of electronic bells and whistles. The front seats are supportive, and the rear seat is fairly roomy and comfortable. Crash-test results are excellent.
Highs
Handling, fit-and-finish, console storage, crash-test results.
Lows
Ride, road noise, premium fuel, radio controls.
