Comment:
Before I even read this review, my own independent research found that this Tech Wax 2.0 is the best on the market. Unfortunately at this time there is not a be all and end all superior wax in all categories. While Tech Wax 2.0 provides the best finish of anything else I have seen lately, and is very easy to apply and TAKE OFF, the finish doesn't last as long as some waxes and you WILL be re-waxing your car more frequently. But right now any wax I've found that lasts longer doesn't provide the same level of shine as Tech Wax 2.0

I read Danno's review about white spots being left on the paint and that is nonsense. Any wax will leave white spots on the black vinyl, and this product leaves no white spots on the paint.

After viewing CR's recommendations, I used this car wax. It does shine very nice after application, BUT a few months after waxing a white residue keeps re-appearing on the paint. I thought it was bird poop, but it is showing up all over the car. You have to buff it off. I used Meguiar's cleaner prior to waxing, and waxed on a cool day in the shade, it was rather humid but not rainy. I know I buffed off the haze with micro fiber towels after the initial coat of wax, but this strange white residue keeps coming back, even after washing at least a dozen times. Also the areas that I got the wax on such as black plastic, it keeps coming back. I have been religiously been waxing cars for 40 years, never seen anything like this before. I plan to go back over my car paint with a cleaner to try to take the wax off, clean the plastic and rubber molding with 409 then use Turtle Wax Ice paste wax. With Ice, once you remove the haze, you're done!

Comment:
This product really produces a high gloss on my black 2014 Acura MDX. I had used another product and could easily SEE the difference. I did use an electric orbital buffer.
