This is the second nuvi I have owned. It locks up, making it useless. The first one did the same thing. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Used this for a vacation across 6 southern states and numerous in-state and one Canadian trip. Fairly easy to use but requires the unit to be plugged in to get traffic updates. The advertisments are not much of an issue when using free trafic alerts. Overall a good low end model for those that don't want to stop to look at a map.

I bought it and just a a year came up they did some kinda update that made my unit mess up...Garmin will say its there fault with there firmware update but then wants to charge you to fix it...What a scam if I ever seen one..Never will I ever buy one again......If your thinking of getting one think twice,I would never recommend this product to a friend...even check youtube..people are having a lot of problems with them...
