Comment:
These were the OE tires on my Chevy Cruze. They have been complete junk from day one. They are noisy, and dont have spectactular traction in the wet or in the corners. I didn't try them in the snow as I run Blizzaks in the winter so I unfortunately can't review that aspect. However, these tires have one achiles heal. My car has 5500 miles on it. 3000 of those miles were with the Blizzaks. That means these Firestones have 2500 miles on them, and the tread is at about 4/32s. This is absolutely abysmal. At this rate the tires may make it to 4000 miles and be shot. While these tires may be made differently for GM, I would suspect that the aftermarket FR710s are just as poor. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.
