Most of my mileage is highway on my Saturn Vue (now Chevy Equinox brand) a 3,500 lb crossover vehicle.

These tires are performing about as well as the factory Bridgestone Duellers (spelling?)and I like the fact that the sidewalls still look like new after 5 brutal Texas summers. The Bridgestone sidewalls were rotting out after 4 years.

Since we are in a three year drought in central TX the wet traction is not all that important, but when I drive to east TX or the coast I can feel the tires slip.

If you or your loved ones commute daily on high speed roads in a wet climate I would recommend another tire. When I lived in Houston, I used the Goodyear tire with the deep channel in the middle of the tread to prevent hydroplaning; forget the brand/model name.

With over 40k miles, still have between 2/16 and 3/16 tread left.

Developed bad vibration at 35 mph and 45 mph on certain roads. Took back 4 times to be balanced. Was told weight was off every time. Made no difference. Had road force balancing and alignment done. No change. Took spare and started replacing tires one by one. Third tire off made a difference. Now 90% better with one off. Will not buy again. All parts under vehicle check out.

If you live in an area that gets snow and ice, and don't want to buy seperate snow tires then these are the best I've ever owned. Upstate NY lots of snow and ice and these tires grip as good or better than dedicated snow tires. I read the other reviews and can't imagine what these guys were talking about - I have nothing but good things to say about these tires. Maybe they had problems with their rims or with the quality of the installation - the tires are great!!
