I gave 2 stars, would give 2.5 stars. They just don't last the full 60,000 miles. The traction was not good on ice and snow, but granted this is when the tires were worn out. Overall these were just ok. Not happy with the life of these tires. I see here on consumer reports, second lowest rated? wow! I may not know what a good tire looks like. Been riding on these for a while, actually I probably have bought 6 to 8 of these, not anymore after reading consumer reports.

The tires have done a decent job but at 38K they are toast (they are supposed to go 60K). And I drove them no differently then the Michelins the SUV came with, and they went 64K. <br />I have to get them replaced since they are down to 2/32. Not pleased.

The tire is OK all round but I won't be buying another set. I dropped about 1 mpg in my Element when these were put on. Handling is predictable but could use more traction. Straight line brake performance is good.
