Over two years on these tires driving in SW Pennsylvania. No issues noted in bad weather including snow and icy roads. Excellent on dry and wet roads, and good on snow covered roads. One of the best tires I've owned in over 40 years of driving.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
Ok if you don't need to drive in snow

My wife has a set of Avid V4S tires size 215/55R17 tires on her Toyota Avalon which are exceptable except for winter driving here in Iowa. These are the worst tires for driving in snow that I've seen in 60 years. Please don't put them on your car if you plan to drive in snowy or icy roads. I wouldn't put them on a wheel barrow.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
