I am surprised to find these Tires so far down in the current listing, they used to be #2 just a couple of years ago.
In any case, I now have these tires for about 4 seasons and they still have lots of life in them. The tread depth is still 10/32, which is super.
I am actually looking forward to the snow, I get a kick out of all the stranded drivers while I pass them by.
But seriously, they seem to be the best, especially in deep snow. I love them! And the price is right!

I have a 2012 Legacy that I put these tires on for the winter. When it snows, these tires do amazing! Like it isn't even snowing. The comfort level is good, dry/wet handling are acceptable. These tires were a great value. They did sort of murder my MPG though, was getting about 27 overall, I'm down to 23 now. I'm not worried about it though because when the snow comes, who cares about MPG I'm safe and sound. Ignore CR's take on Wet/Dry braking, these tires may not respond like your all seasons but after having them on for a few miles you learn how to adjust your driving style to them. No terrible noise, slight hum maybe but that's expected.

These are the best snow tires I have ever used. I put these on my wifes Kia Spectra for the last five winters. They make her 45 mile commute safe. Snow and ice traction are great vs a set of all seasons. I will be getting a set for my expedition. She never lets me forget to put them on. This year I missed the first snowfall and I was putting them on that night in the dark. Buy these and you wont be disappointed.
