Comment:
Bought these based on CR rating to replace OEM Toyota wipers that wore out. They chatter excessively, even in rain, and don't clean. I hate to throw away anything before it's time, but these are going, going, gone. And I'm going back to the Toyota dealership.

Not worth the money

Pros
Easy To Install
Cons
Streaking
Best Uses
Rear Or Flat Windows
Comment:
Installed these to replace OEM Mazda 6 Hatch blades. They did not work well in rain, and were useless in snow. They did not apply even pressure over the blade surface, therefore did not clean very well. Only the rear window wiper was acceptable, as the blade was smaller and worked better on a flater surface.

More than six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
Michelin Rain Force blades have been on CR's top performers list for years. I started using them on my vehicles several years ago and have never been dissatisfied. They're easy to change/install and do an excellent job cleaning the windows in the rain. Like any metal-framed wiper blade they tend to ice up in the winter, but they're generally not difficult to clean. Speaking of cleaning, I usually wipe my blades down at least once a month or so, depending on how often I'm using them. It prolongs blade life and improves cleaning ability far beyond normal useful life of 6 to 12 months if you take a little time to maintain them. Just use a rag and a good detergent like Dawn dishwashing liquid to clean all the dirt and oxidation off the blades. If they're not worn completely out, they'll usually be restored to like new, or nearly so.

Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
