Topsy-Turvy Deluxe tomato plantersLegs on bottom of planters can detach when planter is moved or becomes unbalanced.
Products: 82,000 Topsy-Turvy Deluxe tomato planters with stand (items M16702 and M17499) sold on QVC TV programs, Web site, Studio,
and employee and retail stores from 3/08 through 4/08 for $30. QVC has had 347 reports of planters collapsing; 155 people
reported injuries including cuts, broken toes, and bruises. Reports have included property damage when the planter fell on
nearby belongings.
What to do: If stand is set up, take it down by having two adults tip it over on its side. If you have not already been contacted by

Hewlett-Packard fax machinesAn internal electrical component failure can cause machine to overheat, posing risk of burn or fire.

retailers from 11/02 through 12/04 for $130 to $150. The HP logo and model name and number are printed on the front of the
machine.
What to do: Immediately disconnect the machine from any electrical power source and contact HP at 888- 654-9296 or go to

Jardine cribsWooden crib slats and spindles can break, creating a gap and risk of entrapment and strangulation for children in the crib.
Products: 320,000 cribs sold at various baby supply stores from 1/02 through 5/08 for $150 to $450. There have been 42 incidents of
crib slats and spindles breaking, with four children getting entrapped as a result. Go to
