result in serious injury.

model names: Deluxe Folder, Folder, Me 2, Original, Shifter, Shocker, Starter, Ultimate Tandem. "Trail-A-Bike" or "Slipstream"
is printed on the top tube of the bicycle attachment; "Adams" is printed on the chain guardThe attachment resembles a children's bicycle without a front wheel; it has an elongated top tube that attaches to the seat
post of an adult's bicycle, creating a tandem.. Product was sold for use by children ages 4 to 7. Norco Products, the importer, has received two reports of hardware falling
out of hitch assembly, with one minor injury, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
