Recall involves the following models: The Durango, Tacoma, Odyssey, Bellvue, Monarch, Grand Teton, and Outlook II. The distributor, Adventure Playsets, doing business as Backyard Ventures Inc. of Amarillo, Texas, has received 64 reports of bolt heads twisting off during installation. No injuries have been reported.
