I bought this product with the best expectations. 3.5 months later it stopped reading Blu Ray disc's altogether. I called customer support and I was on the phone two hours. They told me I didn't have the correct updated software. They said I needed an External USB thumb drive to have the proper memory required to view certain BR discs. They told me many different problems with their product before they sent me to a product specialist 1hr and 20 minutes later. They eventually told me I would have to pay to ship my BR player to Lorado, TX and it would be two weeks before I would get a used or new player back. I spend a lot of money on this player for it not to work 3 months later. I would recommend finding another company's Blu ray player. Customer service nice, but ignorant, like getting advice from a Labrador.

I'm not a tech savvy individual, so I wanted a blu-ray player that was easy to set up and to use. I had been worried it would be a complex process to connect it to my wireless internet, but it was not at all. I had seen other comments suggesting that some models lose the internet connection periodically, but that has not been the case with this model. It has performed beautifully with Netflix and with DVD's. I'm highly satisfied with this product.

I bought this Blue-Ray,DVD player to replace a malfunctioning DVD player, but also with the idea streaming entertainment from the internet vs. satellite TV. The reasons I bought this one were the variety of player features but the deciding factor was the variety of internet content available. I really didn't know a lot about streaming entertainment. So having all the variety made me more confident that I would be happy with my choice.<br />I had a problem setting up the player. But the problem was with my computer, not the player. There was one time that the player didn't want to turn on. Using the universal fix-it for electronics of 'unplug, wait a few seconds, plug back in' worked. I have had no problems since.<br />I like the feature that I can play content from my computer. <br />Picture quality is great.<br />I would and am recommending to a family member.
