I bought this Blu-Ray player primarily to stream Netflix off of a wired internet connection. Multiple firmware issues have prevented me from being able to ever connect to the internet. Toshiba's customer support does absolutely nothing to help and refers you to their website. They do not stand by this product whatsoever. When I do play the occasional dvd/blu ray, the picture quality is decent, but the player is so loud in quieter scenes in a movie it actually become distracting. I've bought many things from Toshiba, but lately the quality of their products have gone completely down hill, and their customer support is laughable. The only redeeming quality is that it was easy to hook up. I didn't buy this with extremely high expectations, and still I'm left disappointed.
