Comment:
I bought this player (Vizio VBR 337) because I'd seen the Vizio Internet Apps (VIA) page and the apps at work on Vizio TVs and really liked the selection. VIA don't quite offer the selection of apps available on Roku, but was better than other Blu-Ray players. It turns out that only the most popular apps are available on this unit. And for some apps, like Facebook, Flickr, and Twitter, you have to open Vudu, rather than accessing them from the main screen. I contacted Vizio support and they said that the player was working as deisgned. The apps listed on their web page for the VBR 337 were supported on the VBR 337 and no others. I paid a premium for this unit because of these apps. I assumed that a unit advertised as having Vizio Internet Apps would have access to *all* of the Vizio Internet Apps. Had I known of its limitations, I would have purchased a less-expensive Blu-Ray player and supplemented it with a stand-alone TV app box, with its many apps.

Comment:
The best thing I have to say is that Vizio's tech support was amazing. IF I had kept my receipt they would have sent me a whole new unit. Alas, no receipt. I chose this unit because I absolutely love the keyboard on the back of the remote which makes it quick and easy to type in search words. The connection lapses may possibly be my server and not a Vizio issue. If I buy another one I sure will keep the receipt!
