Returned beats to beats by dre over 9 weeks ago, Their
incompentence in handling a simply warrenty transacton
is simply beyond words. After numerious phone calls and 4 supervisors I am no closer to getting new headphones.
The answer is and has been we are looking
into the matter how long and how far they are looking I don't know. They might be a good product but beware if they get damaged. I recommend you buy some other brand.

Folding Hinge Breaks
Very Bad Custumer Service

Comment:
Bought the product in 2012. The headphone are foldable and the hinges are cheap and break rapidly. Beats told me that they are aware of that defect(they are working on a better design) but they will deny the warranty by using the clause due to damage beyond reasonable use. In fact, the agent at Beats told me that were rarely replacing them for any reasons. So don't waste your money buying that product!!!!!
How long have you owned it:

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
