About This Brand
Every Panasonic Lumix, from pricey super zooms to budget models, has optical stabilization. Many models offer great value when they combine optical image stabilization with innovations such as intelligent ISO, which automatically raises the camera sensor's sensitivity when it detects motion, allowing faster shutter speed. Panasonic has several G-series Lumix models that are based on micro four-thirds sensor technology. This type of camera combines key SLR features—a large image sensor and interchangeable lenses—with the smaller size and weight of a point-and-shoot. It has a G Series camera that accepts a 3D lens to shoot 3D video and photos and has one 3D subcompact with two lenses.
Easy to use, multiple features, image stabilization, compact and comfortable in hand.
Weakness
No audio option for video
I am extremely happy with the quality of this camera.I initially bought a Kodak C713, but quickly realized the overall quality of that camera was poor, so I returned it and continued to search for a replacement. The Panasonic DMC-L75S is a much better camera for the same price. The pictures are crisp and clear, image stabilization helps with unsteady hands and it just has a better overall feel to it. Other features that are nice are the larger LCD screen, internal memory and video capability.Video capability was not a feature I was after, but I did use it and was amazed at the quality of the video and now realize why some might want a camera with sound for that feature, but overall I would highly recommend this camera for anyone wanting a digital in this price range verses other cameras on the market.
good resolution, image stabilization, compact and portable with a bright flash
Weakness
limited optical zoom, has no audio in movie mode
overall i like the camera. i am a panasonic fan anyways. But was disappointed with the fact that it has no audio for video recording. Although it has adecent resolution but a low optical zoom is a gripe for me. it is small, light-weight and can be easily carried around. And takes SD cards which are Very cheap nowadays.
This is a very good middle of the road point and shoot digital camera for the price. I am very pleased with what it can do and I also recogized ahead of time that it would have some limitations such as the amount of zoom.
