Comment:
Our daughter sent the Kodak EasyShare as a gift to us and the other grandparents. The image quality is good. However, sending photos by email is slow and often the photos would not download into the frame. Within less than a year, the frame completly stopped accepting emailed photos, a problem also noted by the other grandparents. Kodak service was unhelpful as we did not have a receipt even though the service rep agreed that since the product is marketed as a gift, few owners have receipts. For a product of this cost, loss of email receipt abiity is not acceptable, and for such a major company, the Kodak service was disappointing. We will replace with a ConsumerReport recommended product.

Comment:
This is not a good product despite the Kodak name. It oftentimes froze on certain photos for no particular reeason, then after about 21 months just died completely. I would not buy this product.
