Tried to contact Gateway to speak with someone to get info on this product as well as the SX2380_UR318 which was one of PC Mag's Editors Choice. There is NO customer service at Gateway to answer any product related questions or help determine the best model for your needs. UNBELIEVABLE! Only way to speak to a human is to already own a GATEWAY. Looks like I will be buying a Dell or an HP.

Very good computer
Easy To Set Up
I have owned this computer for about 4-5 months and I mainly use it for gaming. Without a graphics card it holds it own but I do recommend getting a 650 if u r planning on using it for gaming. It doesnt have a lot of room for a graphics card though.

Needs Windows 7; Win8 is not for desktop
Easy To Set Up
Appears to be very fine hardware. However selling with Windows 8, an OS designed for touch pad computers was a terrible choice. Windows 8 makes it near impossible to use. Gateway's chat support was good, except you may drop contact a few times due to problems using Windows 8. Chat support recommended against installing Windows 7 - something about possible driver problems. (It maybe time to check Best Buy's return policy.)
